Campers’ lives are changed the first time they gain the confidence to zip line through the woods, jump off a diving board amidst a cheering crowd, or when creating a lifelong relationship with a new friend. When volunteers step outside of themselves to serve another person and see others’ disabilities in a different light, their lives are changed.
The lives of parents and caregivers are changed when they see the growth in their camper each and every time they come to camp. Without our friends and partners in the community, we would not be able to make sure that no camper is turned away based on the inability to pay to attend a Twin Cedars Camp.
